In recent years, Iranian security forces have abducted several dissidents outside Iran and returned them to Iran.
The latest example is Mr. Jamshid Sharmahd, the leader of the Thunder group, who, according to his family, was arrested in Dubai by Iranian security forces and transferred to Iran.
