Sanandaj: Execution of a citizen in prison

KMMK: On Wednesday, October 21, 2020, a 30-year-old citizen named "Shahram Takhsha", a resident of Kermanshah, was executed in the government prison in the city of Sanandaj. Shahram Takhsha was arrested in 2017 along with his brother Shahriar Takhsha on charges of armed robbery. The court of the Islamic Republic of Iran sentenced Shahram Takhsha to 15 years in prison for "murder during armed robbery" and his brother Shahriyar Takhsha to 40 years in prison. This sentence was approved by the Supreme Court of Iran after the protest. Shahram Takhsha has been imprisoned in the Iranian government prison in the city of Sanandaj since December 8, 2017. Shahram Takhsha was shot and wounded during the clash during his detention and has been in prison without medical attention ever since. Tehran: Somayeh Kargar was arrested

KMMK: The security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran arrested Ms. Somayeh Kargar, a philosophy student at the University of Tabriz and a native of Ilam, in Tehran. According to the report, the Iranian government security forces arrested Ms. Kargar in her personal home in Tehran and during her arrest, they searched the home of this Kurdish citizen and confiscated her personal belongings, including her laptop and phone. In this regard, and with the concern of the working family and the inquiry of the security institutions of the Iranian government, the Evin Prosecutor's Office contacted the said family and informed them that Ms. Kargar had been arrested in connection with cybercrime. It should be noted that Somayeh Kargar suffers from a rare eye disease and needs help to do personal work. It should be acknowledged that at the time of writing, no information is available regarding the relevant charge, the detention facility and the whereabouts of this Elamite citizen. According to the statistics of the Human Rights Society of Kurdistan, since the beginning of this year, 196 citizens of Iranian Kurdistan have been arrested by the security agencies of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
