47 countries condemn violation of freedoms in Iran and praise 'courage of human rights defenders'

The German representative to the UN Human Rights Council read a joint statement by 47 countries condemning the violation of "freedoms" and in support of the "courage of human rights defenders" in Iran. The statement criticized human rights abuses in Iran, in particular the widespread use of the death penalty, violations of freedom of expression and assembly, as well as credible reports of torture and ill-treatment of detainees and lack of access to a fair trial. The signatory states say Iran should allow an independent and transparent investigation into the "disproportionate use of force against peaceful protesters" and that violators should be held accountable for their actions. Iran has not allowed UN Special Rapporteurs to visit Iran for years to investigate human rights abuses. Iran's representative to the UN Human Rights Council rejected the criticism. نەتەوە یەکگرتوەکان.. 47 وڵات پێشێلکارییەکانی مافی مرۆڤیان لە ئێران ئیدانەکرد لە کۆبوونەوەی ئەنجومەنی مافەکانی مرۆڤی سەر بە نەتەوەیەکگرتوەکان بەیاننامەی 47 وڵات لە دژی پێشێلکاریەکانی مافی مرۆڤ لە ئێران خوێنرایەوە. نوێنەری ئەڵمانیا لە ئەنجومەنی مافەکانی مرۆڤی سەر بە نەتەوەیەکگرتوەکان، بەیاننامەکەی خوێندەوە و تیایدا وێڕای ئیدانەکردنی ئێران، پشتیوانی ئەو ٤٧ وڵاتەشی بۆ بەرگریکارانی مافەکانی مرۆڤ لەو راگەیاند. لەبەیاننامەکەدا ئاماژە بە ئەشکەنجە، سەرکوتی ئازادیەکان، زۆری ژمارەی لەسێدارەدان و بەڕێچوونی دادگاکان بە شێوەی نادادپەروەرانە لە ئێران کراوە و داواشیان لە حکومەتی تاران کردووە، رێگە بە لێکۆڵینەوەی سەربەخۆ بدات لە بارەی سەرکوتی خۆپیشاندانەکانی ساڵی رابردوو. حکومەتی ئێران چەندین ساڵە رێگەی بە نوێنەری تایبەتی نەتەوەیەکگرتوەکان بۆ کاروباری مافەکانی مرۆڤ نەداوە سەردانی وڵاتەکەی بکات. نوێنەری ئێران لە ئەنجومەنی مافەکانی مرۆڤی سەر بە نەتەوەیەکگرتوەکان ناوەرۆکی بەیاننامەکەی رەتکردۆتەوە و بە هەڵبەستراو و بێ بنەما ناوی بردوە.
